Ten years ago, we started ASHA International with a simple wish – to give hope to at least one person struggling with a mental health issue.

Thanks to the love and support of our donors and volunteers, over the years we have had the privilege of reaching out and touching the lives of more than 45,000 people nationally and internationally with a resounding message of  hope and healing.

Please join us in celebrating our impact over the last decade, and partner with us as we embark on another exciting decade dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness at home, at work, and in the community. Together, we can change lives, perhaps even save lives.

Please give the Gift of HOPE today.

We are deeply grateful to our global community of donors. Their generous contributions bring hope and healing to thousands of men, women, and children suffering from mental disorders around the world.

How your donation helps:

  • A gift of $250 allows us to present a one-hour mental health education program at a local school to educate students, faculty and parents about basic facts of child and adolescent mental health.
  • A gift of $500 allows us to provide one-hour Cultural Competency Training to healthcare professionals educating them about cultural barriers to mental health and wellness, and culturally-responsive pathways to healing.
  • A gift of $1,000 allows us to provide 10 hours of Wellness Coaching to empower individuals affected by mental disorders and their families overcome barriers to recovery and achieve wellness.
  • A gift of $2,000 allows us to present a two-hour Wellness Workshop in your workplace or community.

Please donate today!

Together we can bring hope and healing to people affected by mental disorders and their families.

Wishing you wellness,
