You are not alone. There is hope.
Erin had a life of trauma. As a child, she was taught to keep it secret. As an adult, she didn’t know how to ask for help. Now, Erin seeks to normalize the affect trauma & mental illness have by sharing her struggles. Erin seeks to empower youth & young adults so that they are not afraid to ask for help or notice the signs in others. Erin also seeks to shatter the stigma that recovery is possible if just one thing were to change. Recovery is a lifelong endeavor and proof that we are stronger than we believe.
Erin wants to share her story to encourage others with depression, anxiety and trauma history to know that it is not their fault, they are not alone and there is hope.
